Unknown cause for this chronic draining tract from the coronary band of this hoof. Long term distortion of the hoof wall can be seen below this but I think this is superficial. Unfortunately I have no history. A diagnosis is needed to determine the treatment as palliative treatments such as soaking in drawing agents may be ineffective.
