Salt licks can be added to a wall hanger. These often become rusty with sharp edges or crushed when left empty.
Solid rock salt hanging on a string. This is the best salt to feed because there are no additives AND they have a variety of other minerals.
Nutritional supplement? A main feed program (see "feeding Instructions.") Behavior modifyer? Or just a waste of $22?
The primary ingredient in this mineral supplement is dextrose (sugar). Electrolytes need sugar to become absorbed but minerals do not so this sugar is only added to improve palatability. Funny, they also add artificial sweetener, flavors and color. I wouldn’t eat this!
