18 yr old with old trauma - missing 101, broken 102, and lip neuro deficit and #402 slightly over-erupted with tongue ware on front edge.

This is a ventral-dorsal view looking at the occlusal surface of the upper incisors. There is no over-eruption and in fact, the rostral edge of the occlusal surface looks more worn relative to the rest of the occlusal surface. Also this horse is missing 302 (remember this picture is from underneath the horse).
The rostral occlusal surface has wear from the overbite. The occlusal surfaces are uneven in wear. 301 has receeding gums and is slightly deformed.

This horse has missed these incisors for years. Note the abscence of over-eruption of the lower opposing incisors due to the tongue wearing them level with the rewst.
