A large blind wolf tooth. "Blind" means that it has not erupted through the covering soft tissue. They usually lay parallel to the jaw bone rather than embedded in a socket. They just get covered in connective tissue which has to be incised to gain access to the tooth to remove. These teeth usually do not cause a problem for the horse.
